When I met with Mark Weinstein last year, he was adamant about doing whatever is possible to improve the Hilton HHonors frequent guest loyalty program — and I believe him.
In fact, the team at Hilton Worldwide is incredibly open about what they can do to ensure that the Hilton HHonors is the best frequent guest loyalty program in the industry. This gift of a free night and a box of chocolates as a small token of appreciation is evidence of that…
