After the stay is completed, elite bonus points are awarded on the base points earned on qualifying charges and according to your achieved elite member tier status. Provided that the correct Marriott Bonvoy membership account number is added as part of the booking process, points will automatically appear in your membership account up to six weeks or 42 days following the completion of your stay.
Marriott Participating Brand Residences may be featured on the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy platform — however they do not participate in the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program and therefore do not qualify for this promotion.
Redeeming an award for nights spent — in which points are redeemed for either the entire stay or only a portion thereof — are not eligible to earn bonus points for this promotion. Members who elect to earn airline frequent flier loyalty program miles are not eligible for this promotion.
Charges that do not qualify for points include — but are not limited to:
- Taxes
- Reservation booking fees
- Cleaning fees
- Security deposits
- Extra add-on services purchased or applied to home rentals booked through the Homes & Villas by Marriott International platform

This promotion is not as good as the first promotion of 2023, through which you only needed to stay a minimum of two consecutive nights — but unlike some past iterations of this promotion, at least you are not required to pay for your stay in full at the time you book your reservation.
