…but you must book your reservations with your Marriott Bonvoy membership number by Sunday, April 5, 2026 at 11:59 in the evening Eastern Daylight Time. You must spend a minimum of $2,000.00 per stay to qualify for this promotion.
Marriott Bonvoy members will earn 2,000 bonus points per eligible night, up to a maximum of 10,000 bonus points per stay. For example:
- 4,000 bonus Marriott Bonvoy points for a stay of a minimum of two nights
- 6,000 bonus Marriott Bonvoy points for a stay of three nights
- 8,000 bonus Marriott Bonvoy points for a stay of four nights
- 10,000 bonus Marriott Bonvoy points for a stay of at least five nights
Additionally, no blackout dates are associated with this promotion.

After the stay is completed, elite bonus points are awarded on the base points earned on qualifying charges and according to your achieved elite member tier status. Provided that the correct Marriott Bonvoy membership account number is added as part of the booking process, points will automatically appear in your membership account up to six weeks or 42 days following the completion of your stay.
Charges that do not qualify for earning points include — but are not limited to:
- Taxes
- Reservation booking fees
- Cleaning fees
- Security deposits
- Extra add-on services purchased or applied to reservations of home rentals that are booked through the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy platform
Marriott participating Brand Residences may be featured on the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy platform — however, they do not participate in the Marriott Bonvoy membership program. Nights spent while redeeming an award are not eligible for bonus points. Members who elect to earn airline frequent flier loyalty program miles are not eligible for this promotion.
