The application fee to match your current elite status with the frequent flier membership program of an airline is as follows if your primary continent of residence is North America or South America; or if your primary country or territory of residence is Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, or Vietnam:

• Gold Elite Plus $299.00
• Platinum Elite Plus $299.00

The application fee to match your current elite status with the frequent flier membership program of an airline is as follows if your primary continent of residence is anywhere in the world other than North America or South America; or if your primary country or territory of residence is anywhere in the world other than Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, or Vietnam:
