Sometimes you need an infusion of miles or points to your membership account for whatever reason — perhaps to have enough to redeem for a limited time award as one example — and the best time to purchase or gift miles or points is when they are on sale, as with this miles and points on sale for Friday, April 3, 2026.

A sale may be a discount on the price required to purchase miles or points — or perhaps the membership program from whom you are buying the miles or points will match your purchase up to 150 percent, which is another way of reducing the cost of miles or points.

Choice Privileges: Up to 35 Percent Bonus Points
You only have until Tuesday, April 28, 2026 to take advantage of receiving a bonus of up to 35 percent on your purchase of Choice Privileges points with a minimum purchase of 8,000 Choice Privileges points in one transaction as follows:
- Purchase 8,000 to 17,000 Choice Privileges points = 30 percent bonus or $0.00792 per Choice Privileges point
- Purchase 18,000 to 180,000 Choice Privileges points = 35 percent bonus or $0.00763 per Choice Privileges point
World of Hyatt: 20 Percent Discount
Until the end of the day on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, you can enjoy a discount of 20 percent on the purchase of a minimum of 7,000 World of Hyatt points — that is, spend a maximum of $2,288.00 to receive a total of 110,000 World of Hyatt points. That comes out to $0.0208 per World of Hyatt point.
The Leading Hotels of the World Leaders Club: Up to 100 Percent Bonus Points
Through today, Friday, April 3, 2026, you can purchase a minimum of 2,000 The Leading Hotels of the World Leaders Club points and receive a bonus of up to 100 percent as follows:

Miles & More: 50 Percent Bonus
Sharing the Miles & More membership program are Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Discover, Eurowings, Lufthansa, SWISS, Croatia Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, and Luxair — plus, you can redeem Miles & More miles for flights operated by many partner airlines. Through tomorrow, Saturday, April 4, 2026, purchase a minimum of 3,000 Rapid Rewards points and receive a discount of 50 percent, which comes out to $0.015 per Rapid Rewards point. You can purchase up to a maximum limit of 60,000 Rapid Rewards points.

Remember that each frequent travel loyalty program has partners through which you can redeem miles or points; so you are not confined just to the product offered by an airline or lodging company.
Also be sure to read the terms and conditions of each offer. Typically, all sales are final: once you have purchased your miles or points through these sales, you cannot return your points; and your money cannot be refunded.
