Sometimes you need an infusion of miles or points to your membership account for whatever reason — perhaps to have enough to redeem for a limited time award as one example — and the best time to purchase or gift miles or points is when they are on sale, as with this miles and points on sale for Friday, June 28 2024.
Miles and Points On Sale — June 28 2024
A sale may be a discount on the price required to purchase miles or points — or perhaps the frequent travel loyalty program from whom you are buying the miles or points will match your purchase up to 150 percent, which is another way of reducing the cost of miles or points.

World of Hyatt: 20 Percent Discount
Until the end of the day on Monday, July 1, 2024, you can enjoy a discount of 20 percent on the purchase of a minimum of 5,000 World of Hyatt points — that is, spend a maximum of $1,056.00 to receive a total of 55,000 World of Hyatt points instead of spending $1,320.00.
IHG One Rewards: 100 Percent Bonus Points
You have until the end of the day tomorrow, Saturday, June 29, 2024 to take advantage of receiving a bonus of 100 percent on IHG One Rewards points with a minimum purchase of 11,000 IHG One Rewards base points and up to a maximum limit of 250,000 IHG Rewards base points for $1,500.00 — not including the bonus points.
Marriott Bonvoy: Up to 50 Percent Bonus Points
You can buy or gift a minimum of 2,000 Marriott Bonvoy points — up to a maximum total of 150,000 points — and get a bonus of up to 50 percent through Wednesday, July 24, 2024. The bonus is a mystery; so different members will receive different offers.
Radisson Rewards: Up to 60 Percent Bonus
Get a bonus of up to 60 percent on your purchase of Radisson Rewards points through Thursday, July 4, 2024.
Wyndham Rewards: 35 Percent Discount
Starting with a minimum of 3,000 points, you can get a discount of 35 percent on your purchase of Wyndham Rewards points through Friday, August 9, 2024.
Air India Flying Returns: 30 Percent Bonus
You will receive 30 percent bonus Air India Flying Returns points when you purchase points by Friday, July 5, 2024. In addition to the bonus in an interesting twist, the three members who purchase the most Flying Returns points during the promotional period will receive a stay of two nights — including breakfast and dinner — at Evolve Back Resorts.
American Airlines AAdvantage: Up to 50 Percent Discount
You can purchase or gift up to a maximum of 150,000 AAdvantage miles in order to receive a discount of up to 50 percent — for a cost of $7,525.00 for 400,000 miles — through the end of the day on Sunday, June 30, 2024 as follows:
- Buy or gift 6,000 to 24,000 AAdvantage miles = 15 percent discount
- Buy or gift 25,000 to 104,000 AAdvantage miles = 25 percent discount
