My First Time as This Type of Seasoned Traveler.

Mixed in with thyme — er...I mean time — changes.

As I sit in an airport lounge awaiting a flight to my next adventure, I am experiencing my first time as this type of seasoned traveler…

My First Time as This Type of Seasoned Traveler.

…and that is within the span of two weeks, I will have experienced all four seasons in the following order: winter, summer, autumn, and spring…

…and mixed in with that was Daylight Saving Time and other time changes, which left me wondering what was the time anywhere in the world.

Although I will likely not see the leaves falling from trees just yet, experiencing all four seasons out of order within two weeks is amazing — perhaps more so than being located somewhere that is 16 hours ahead of the Eastern Daylight Time zone.

As I write this, I am at Nadi Airport in Fiji awaiting my flight to Port Vila in Vanuatu. I apologize for not writing many new articles lately; but the diversion of my flight from Dallas-Fort Worth to Brisbane to an unexpected overnight stopover in Honolulu due to Tropical Cyclone Alfred left me both tired and busy.

Future articles about my experiences are in the works.

Final Boarding Call

Certain experiences are virtually impossible without travel; and experiencing all four seasons within a short period of time is one of those experiences — at least, for most people.

Speaking of seasons, I still wonder why using pepper spray on someone is considered a salt. Do I get parsley credit for this pun this thyme?
