…but you must book your reservations at least three days in advance of your arrival at the hotel or resort property by Monday, July 7, 2025; and you must be a member of the IHG One Rewards membership program to take advantage of the best discounted rates.
- The Best Flexible Rate is a variable, unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discount rate.
- Rates are per room, per night and are subject to availability during the Stay Dates.
- Minimum length of stay may be required at select hotel and resort properties.
- No deposit is required for reservations that are booked greater than seven days of arrival. Reservations that are booked fewer than seven days prior to arrival require a one night deposit.
- One night cancellation penalty applies if the reservation is cancelled within seven days of arrival. If you do not arrive at your hotel or resort property to check-in on your arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled; and you will not receive a refund.
