I saw Greece from Albania while driving south on Highway SH75 on my way from stopping to admire the view of Vjosa River Bend to my eventual destination of Ohrid in North Macedonia.

I wanted to drive the rental car over the bridge into Greece because at the time that the photographs in this article were taken, I had never been to Greece — but doing so would have violated the terms of the rental car contract.
I did visit Greece for the first time last year.

Trivia time: The river that separates portions of Albania and Greece is called Vjosa in Albanian or Aoös in Greek.
