As I was riding as a passenger in a vehicle one day, I looked out the window and noticed this trailer — and I immediately knew I needed to capture a photograph for another addition to this series of articles.

  1. A bizzare thing about the photo is that the restaurant is emphasizing conflicting messages. 1883 Smokehouse seems to imply that the restaurant was established in 1883 but that conflicts with the tag on the bottom stating that the restaurant was established in 2017.

    Part of the problem maybe us, the viewer. 1883 doesn’t have to be the year. For example, the Covid vaccination website of Taiwan is 1922.gov.tw/vac but that has nothing to do with the year 1922.

      1. Well, I didn’t say you were dumb. People outside Taiwan are unlikely to know about 1922. But to a person in Taiwan who knows that 1922 is the number to call for Covid information, 1922.gov.tw is logical.
