As I was unsuccessfully trying to activate my Radisson Rewards membership account to log into it after attempting to reset my password, I received an e-mail message which left me with question marks of all different sizes, styles, and colors coming out of my head. Here is a huge hint: nothing was deleted or altered in the screen shot seen below.
