Do you know who I am?

For this edition of this popular game, can you guess what you believe is wrong — or, at least, seemingly quite bizarre — with this screen shot part 361?

I regularly receive promotional e-mail messages from the IHG One Rewards membership program — as I am a member — and the one that is featured in this article is no exception.

Answer to What is Wrong With This Photograph? Part 360

Photograph ©2026 by Brian Cohen.

This photograph — which was taken in Torrington in Wyoming — features United States Highways, as the United States of America was founded 250 years ago on Saturday, July 4, 2026; and The Gate With Brian Cohen has been celebrating the classic American road trip…

…but the numerals in the highway shields on the sign are almost illegible — the material was probably eroding due to being exposed constantly to wind and inclement weather.

Favorite answer by derek: “The highway route numbers look handwritten. Also curious is that Highway 26 West leads to no where, or at least no town of significance, unlike Highway 26 East leading to Scottsbluff.”

Favorite comment by Jim F.: “OK, I’m probably way off here but I find it intriguing that the road sign seems to be hinged vertically. Is this because of the unusually high winds Wyoming experiences? Also, kudos the the signage from Goshen County CattleWOMEN in what is stereotypically a male-dominated industry.”

  1. It seems that the subject line didn’t appear as intended. The coding language is seen but it should have read “Brian, refer friends and earn up to 50k bonus points per year”. At least it didn’t show some sarcastic title only intended for company employees to see, such as “RE: [Insert first name of DYKWIA type customer who probably has a Fat Head and Overinflated View of Self and is worth zero to us], Welcome to IHG brands of hotels”.

  2. This has nothing to do with the picture; it has to do with IHG’s branding of one of its cards. It’s always confused me how the Traveler card qualifies as a “World Elite Mastercard.” Don’t WEMCs typically offer benefits like 24/7 concierge services, cell phone protection, lounge access, etc? The Traveler card’s benefits are far more modest than many (most?) WEMCs.
