Your Chance to Get Your Share of Money From Free Cruise Telemarketing Settlement

You may be eligible for a share of as much as $12.5 million dollars from an antitrust settlement which was reached in litigation if you received pre-recorded telephone calls between July of 2009 and March of 2014 on your residential or cellular telephone lines initiated by Resort Marketing Group, Incorporated during which it offered a free cruise with Carnival Corporation & PLC; Royal Caribbean Cruises, Limited; or Norwegian Cruise Lines, Limited as a promotion — but you must submit your claim by Friday, November 3, 2017.

Your Chance to Get Your Share of Money From Free Cruise Telemarketing Settlement

Each telemarketing call you received from Resort Marketing Group, Incorporated will have a maximum value of $300.00. You may file a claim for up to three calls per telephone number included in the call records — which means that your maximum payment amount could be as much as $900.00 per telephone number. Actual payment amounts will be based on the total number of calls and valid claim forms received.

Regardless of how many claims are filed, no money will be returned to the settling defendants once the court finally approves the settlements.

You can choose to exclude yourself from — or object to — this class-action lawsuit.

Summary

As a frequent traveler, you may have received the aforementioned telemarketing calls with recorded messages which offered free cruises — and if so, your telephone number will be on the list of call records.

As a reminder, you may also be eligible for benefits from settlements which have been reached in an antitrust litigation currently pending in federal court pertaining to lithium ion batteries purchased between Saturday, January 1, 2000 and Tuesday, May 31, 2011 — and you must submit your claim by Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 11:59 in the evening Pacific Standard Time.

If you do decide to participate in this settlement — I am thinking about participating in it myself — completion of the claim form supposedly will consume only a few minutes of your time…

…but do not expect any major windfall, as you will not exactly get rich from this settlement.
