In past articles in which your participation was not only requested but also helpful and humorous, I did not give the answers to questions which I have posed to you; so this article contains the answers to past articles — Part 37 — along with links to the aforementioned articles…

The Favorite Answer will usually be the correct answer by a reader of The Gate With Brian Cohen — along with a Favorite Comment from the same article which I found to be funny or informative.
What is Wrong With This Photograph? Part 181
When a wave of violence due to civil unrest erupted in western Mexico in January of 2023 following the arrest of the son of a drug cartel kingpin who is currently serving time in jail, a few airlines issued travel waivers for customers who can change their itineraries without being charged a fee for doing so — and as United Airlines was one of those airlines which issued a travel waiver.
The violence was apparently so bad that Mexico somehow moved to South America.
Favorite answer and comment by Pete: “Mexico is not in South America?”

Continuing with the answers to past articles — Part 37 — during a road trip across the United States back in 2017, I found myself in a department store and had to take the following photograph…
…but the name is spelled Donna Karan — not Donna Karen, as seen on the sign. We both attended Parsons School of Design in New York, where I earned my undergraduate degree.
Perhaps Donna Karen is an fashion designer who is yet to be known?
Favorite answer by derek: “So wrong. The sign is full of errors. It’s not a blouse. It’s likely a Donna Karan or DKNY, not a Donna Karen. I wonder if the store clerk flies on Americon Airlines or Unitod Airlines?”
Favorite comment by Jim F.: “Well…there is a blouse (of sorts, slightly out of focus) in the picture but who, in their right mind, would pay $300 — let alone $1,000 — for either single item of clothing? Maybe Donna Karen?”

Ruby Tuesday — which is a chain of restaurants with greater than 200 locations worldwide; and two of those locations are near the world headquarters of Delta Air Lines — is at it again since this article of What Is Wrong With This Photograph? Part 173 was published back on Saturday, November 26, 2022.
The one question I have is: what is a nember?!?
Favorite answer and comment by Jim F.: “Well, there a multiple nits to pick: (1) Is the ‘club’ name ‘So Connected’ or ‘SoConnected’? (2) The single asterisk (*) refers to the $5 off for signing up in the picture but is used in reference to the birthday offer in the actual sign-up section. (3) The $5 off can’t be used for alcohol, but it sure looks like a beer is pictured, slightly out of focus, behind the burger. Still, I feel like I’m missing something….”
What is Wrong With This Photograph? Part 184
During a visit to Capitol Reef National Park in Utah — which was part of a trip of exploring no fewer than five different national parks and monuments — I had to take the following photograph of what I saw.
I must say that the scenery was grgeous and a cit thing to see — aside from the signage.
The park charges a fee to all visitors. You would think some money would be in the budget to replace the missing letters on the official sign.
Favorite answer by derek: “The sign has lots of missing letters.”
Favorite comment by Jim F.: “Just be sure not to walk any faster than 15mph on the Capitol Gorge trail; the Rangers are unforgiving!”
What is Wrong With This Photograph? Part 185
Finally with the answers to past articles — Part 37: in addition to United Airlines, another airline gets in on the action with errors: as I was preparing and editing this article pertaining to a winter storm in the central United States which was disrupting travel, one of the airlines which issued travel alerts was American Airlines. I immediately realized that what I found belonged in this series of articles.
I have been to all 50 states in the United States; and yet I am not exactly certain which area is considered the Widwest.
In addition to Cascadia and Northwestern Oregon, there apparently has been a race as to which region, district or territory will become the next state of the United States first — the District of Columbia becoming Washington Douglass Commonwealth; the proposed state of Jefferson; or the commonwealth of Puerto Rico, where 61 percent of its citizens voted in a referendum in support of the financially-strapped island to become a state in 2012. Perhaps Widwest is another of a number of possible candidates for statehood?
Favorite answer by rmah: “the west is feral and wild. and now i know it is also ‘wid’.”
Favorite comment by Jim F.: “Wercy we; W and M are nowhere near each other on a keyboard!”
