Note that once reservations are booked, they are not refundable, with the full payment for the entire stay to be taken by the hotel or resort property prior to the day of arrival. No refunds will be given for reservations that are cancelled or changed. If you do not arrive at the hotel or resort property to check in on your arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled; and you will not receive a refund. Check at the time of your reservation to be sure you are booking the most suitable rate for your travel needs.
