Morton’s The Steakhouse is offering petite filet sandwiches for only two dollars today only, Wednesday, August 13, 2025 from 4:00 in the afternoon until 8:00 in the evening at participating locations in the United States as part of its annual celebration of National Filet Mignon Day; and patrons are limited to a maximum of eight sandwiches per person.

This promotion is only available while supplies last at the bar of each restaurant, as you cannot take advantage of this offer seated at a table. Sales tax and gratuity are not included.
Morton’s The Steakhouse is a chain of restaurants which offers on its menu beef rated Prime — the highest grade possible — by the United States Department of Agriculture. I have dined at greater than one location of Morton’s The Steakhouse. The food is very good; but not the best which I have ever eaten — especially considering the cost of the meal — as I have been to other steakhouses which offer a better overall value and experience for the money…
…and I do not necessarily mean less expensive when I say value, either.

Final Boarding Call
If you enjoy dining at Morton’s Steakhouse and you happen to be either based in or traveling to a city where a restaurant is located, today is your lucky day — although I am uncertain as to how small is each petite filet sandwich and how many you need to order to create a meal out of it.
This promotion is not as good as it used to be, as back in 2015, it valid from opening time until closing time at participating restaurants; the petite filet sandwiches used to cost only one dollar each; and patrons were limited to a maximum of twelve sandwiches per person. This is still a good offer if you are able to take advantage of it.
In 2016, this promotion was valid through 10:00 in the evening and not until closing time.
I first reported on this offer exactly 12 years ago on Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at What’s Your Point?, a weblog of First2Board which is now defunct. I do not know if Morton’s offered the same promotion last year.
This year, I plan on taking advantage of this promotion for the first time…
