A range of apartments from studios to four-bedroom furnished apartments will be offered for a variety of stay occasions — from family getaways and the reunions of friends to extended work trips — that are designed to support the routines of travelers while simultaneously providing the comforts of home.
The launch of Apartment Collection by Hilton will occur during the first half of 2026 in the United States in partnership with Placemakr — which is a leading apartment hospitality brand and operator — in the heart of coveted destinations that include the city of New York, the District of Columbia, and Atlanta. Guests will be connected to the local neighborhood from favorite spots to hidden gems. Additional growth is expected through the partnership with Placemakr, relationships with owners of multi-family units, and the increasing popularity of the apartment-style hospitality market.
Apartment Collection by Hilton will combine a sense of place with the convenience and smart amenities of apartment-style living as hosted by Hilton — including chef-ready kitchens, spacious separate living areas, on-site laundry, and team members who will be available on site 24 hours per day, seven days per week to help care for guests and have them feel welcomed.
The launch of Apartment Collection by Hilton allows the multinational lodging company to build on its existing global inventory of approximately 10,000 apartment-style units, adding as many as 3,000 new units through its aforementioned partnership with Placemakr. Hilton expects to significantly grow its apartment-style inventory over the next few years through this new partnership and through additional franchise agreements with new owners in the multi-family segment.
