A qualifying stay is one which is booked for a minimum of one night under a qualifying rate, with total spend exceeding $30.00 in United States dollars or local currency equivalent. Bonus points will only be awarded from the base points earned with each qualifying stay once registered for this promotion.
Participating hotel and resort properties exclude those Six Senses Hotels, Resorts, & Spas that do not participate in IHG One Rewards; and those Iberostar Beachfront Resorts whose interests are in Cuba. To check if a specific Six Senses or Iberostar hotel property is participating in this promotion, contact the hotel or resort property directly.
Stays that are booked using Rewards Nights or Points & Cash are not eligible qualifying stays for purposes of this promotion. Reservations which are booked through on-line travel agencies or other reservation sites — such as booking.com or expedia.com — also do not qualify under this promotion.
The bonus points earned during the promotion can be used towards reward nights, can be redeemed for merchandise, or for other redemption opportunities. Bonus points earned during the promotion are not qualifying points for elite status.
Only one room per member per qualifying stay will be awarded the applicable bonus points, or other benefits — if any — available under the applicable offer. If more than one member checks into the same room, only one member is eligible for the applicable bonus points, or other benefits — if any — available under the applicable promotion.
No retroactive bonus points will be awarded for room nights that are completed prior to registration in the promotion. Except as otherwise stated in the terms and conditions, please allow up to six weeks for promotion bonus points to be credited to your IHG One Rewards membership account after checkout.
A qualifying room night must fall within the promotion period of Thursday, January 1, 2026 through Tuesday, March 31, 2026; and must be part of a promotion eligible qualifying stay. Room nights outside of the promotion period are not included; and room nights that are part of a stay that was completed prior to registration for the promotion also are not included. If more than one member who registered for the promotion checks into the same room, only one member is eligible to earn points under the promotion for those nights that qualify. If a member books more than one room on the same night, the member will receive credit towards this promotion for only one of the rooms that also meets the requirements of a qualifying room night under the promotion.
For the 2X Unlimited Promotion, earning double points on stays through Tuesday, March 31, 2026 means the total number of regular “base points” and promotional “bonus points” combined will equal two times the base points the member would normally receive just for being an IHG One Rewards member. The promotional bonus points under this promotion are calculated based solely on the base points the member is eligible to earn for a Qualifying Stay just for being an IHG One Rewards member, and any Elite status bonus points or any other bonus or promotional points the member may be eligible to receive for the same stay are not included.
