A lone picnic table and trash receptacle are located to the right of the rock just outside of the photograph above near the southern access of the small parking lot on Blue Ridge Parkway.
The view in the above photograph faces north near the northern access of the small parking lot on Blue Ridge Parkway.
The view itself is of the rolling green hills overlooking a small community as part of the town of Waynesville in North Carolina.
