If you are there: it is grayish/dun, with bright pink cuffs – a ScotteVest (ie lots of interior pockets). Probably no i.d. and in the pockets maybe only a gas and Avis receipt. In the seats near the smaller beverage station.”

While negative aspects certainly exist, this interaction proves that the frequent flier community launched and envisioned by Randy Petersen is still alive and well — and I am proud to be a part of this special community.
Although this interaction happened on FlyerTalk, it could occur equally as well on Milepoint. The lesson here is that if you need assistance of any kind, think about posting a request to your colleagues of the frequent flier community on both FlyerTalk and Milepoint, as you have nothing to lose by doing so — and everything to gain…
