Mandatory Resort Fees to Increase at Four Hotels March 2020 in Las Vegas
…which means that you will pay as much as $41.95 per night in addition to the room rate.
“The four Caesars properties seeing increases are in the center of what is expected to be an extremely busy corridor in late April when the 2020 NFL Draft is staged near the Linq Promenade and the soon-to-open Caesars Forum convention center”, according to this article written by Richard N. Velotta of Las Vegas Review-Journal. “The main stage for the draft where NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell will announce the names of players selected by the league’s 32 teams will be located just east of the High Roller observation wheel and near Caesars Forum.”
The increase “brings these properties in line with their competitive set” such as at the MGM Grand Las Vegas Hotel & Casino and the Mirage Las Vegas, where the mandatory resort fee is $39.00 per night — not including taxes — at both properties.
Interestingly, Caesars Entertainment Corporation is currently promoting a Spring Break Flash Sale in Las Vegas — through which room rates start at $29.00 per night; but that excludes the mandatory resort fee — and a Spring Break Flash Sale in Atlantic City.

If you can get a room rate at $29.00 per night right now in Las Vegas, know that your final total will actually be $72.56, which includes the room rate of $29.00 — plus $8.56 in taxes; and a mandatory resort fee of $35.00. Add two more dollars plus taxes to the total of a stay of one night at the special room rate on or after Tuesday, March 3, 2020.
