Summary
As a frequent traveler, you may have used some of the aforementioned products, as quite a few of them may be used while traveling — but do not confuse products manufactured by The Honest Company, Incorporated with products manufactured by Honest Tea, which is a division of The Coca-Cola Company and are not a part of the settlement.
As a reminder, you may also be eligible for benefits from settlements which have been reached in an antitrust litigation currently pending in federal court pertaining to lithium ion batteries purchased between Saturday, January 1, 2000 and Tuesday, May 31, 2011 — and you must submit your claim by Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 11:59 in the evening Pacific Standard Time.
You may also be eligible for a share of as much as $12.5 million dollars from an antitrust settlement which was reached in litigation if you received pre-recorded telephone calls between July of 2009 and March of 2014 on your residential or cellular telephone lines initiated by Resort Marketing Group, Incorporated during which it offered a free cruise with Carnival Corporation & PLC; Royal Caribbean Cruises, Limited; or Norwegian Cruise Lines, Limited as a promotion — but you must submit your claim by Friday, November 3, 2017.
If you do decide to participate in this settlement, completion of the claim form supposedly will consume only a few minutes of your time…
…but do not expect any major windfall, as you will not exactly get rich from this settlement.
