Members of the IHG One Rewards membership program can save up to 30 percent on the Best Flexible Rate and Breakfast Inclusive Rate using either the Book Early & Save rate or the Advance Saver rate that are included in this promotion. Anyone who is not a member of the IHG One Rewards membership program can save up to a maximum of 20 percent on the aforementioned room rates.

The Best Flexible Rate is an unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discounted rate.
Rates are per room, per night based on single or double occupancy at participating hotels and subject to availability during the Stay Dates.
- Advance Saver Rate — For reservations that are booked a minimum of seven days in advance of check-in in this promotion, the Advance Saver Rate will be applicable for bookings at participating hotel and resort properties that offer this rate. Reservations must be booked at least seven days in advance of check in date at the selected participating hotel or resort property unless otherwise determined in accordance with the individual policies of the , and no prepayment is required for reservations under the Advance Saver Rate. The applicable advance booking period for the Advance Saver Rate may vary by participating hotel or resort property based on the policy of each hotel or resort property. Reservations can be cancelled or changed free of charge greater than 30 days prior to the check-in date. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your check-in date, a one-night charge will be applied to your credit card. Deposit and cancellation policy may vary at some participating hotel and resort properties, and guests will be advised at the time of booking if a deposit is required and the terms and conditions of the rate.
- Book Early & Save Rate — Some participating properties in the promotion may not offer the Advance Saver Rate and therefore the Book Early & Save Rate applies at these participating hotels. Reservations of a Book Early and Save Rate must be booked at least three days in advance of check-in at those selected participating hotel and resort properties that do not offer the Advance Saver Rate. The Book Early and Save Rate is non-refundable, with full payment for the full stay due at time of booking. No refunds if changes or cancellations are applied to the reservation. Cancellation and no-show policy apply. Once a reservation is confirmed, your credit card will be charged between the time of booking your reservation and your check-in date for the total amount shown — regardless of whether the reservation is used or not. If you do not arrive at the hotel to check in on your arrival date, your reservation will be canceled, and you will not receive a refund. Check at the time of booking your reservation to ensure you are booking the most suitable rate for your travel needs.
Blackout dates — days when the offers are not available — apply and rates are subject to availability. Tax, service charge, and credit card surcharges are not included for most of participating hotel and resort properties. Certain room types may be excluded from the rate. Participating hotel policies may vary regarding the number of guests allowed per room. Credit card guarantee is required to book a reservation.
The promotional rates are not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. Certain participating hotel and resort properties may impose early departure fees. The final bill will be in the local currency of the hotel or resort property.
The promotion is not valid with any other offer, discount, or promotion. At Holiday Inn, kids 12 years of age and younger stay for free sharing parent’s guest room in existing bedding and eat free from the all-day dining restaurant with an accompanying paying adult guest.
