What is Wrong With This Photograph? Part 27

A friend of a friend of someone I know — who wishes to remain anonymous — was aboard an airplane operated by Delta Air Lines recently as she was returning to Atlanta from a ski trip in Montana; and she decided to take the photograph shown in this article and give it to me to use here at The Gate.

  1. What’s wrong is the flight is returning from Italy and the lady believe she the only person on the plane who has not caught the virus yet. All other passengers are already confirmed so they don’t care no need to wear protection.

  2. I would not debate how much a mask protects but what it does do is give us more awareness not to touch our mouth, nose and eyes which is a sure way to catch the virus. We are all creatures of habit its extremely hard for me to stop touching my face, an itch here and there, quick wipe of the nose, crumb on the mouth I do it without thinking a mask and/or googles create a barrier of awareness.   6. People don’t wear shirts like that in Montana during ski season. Come to think of it, people don’t wear shirts like that anywhere. Goggles and mask hide her identity during embarrassing times like this.

  7. There’s unused space in the overhead bins, which bins apparently are allowed to stay open on some flights provided there’s a responsible passenger on board. Responsible passengers are clearly identified by their uniforms consisting of a 1990’s era top with horizontal stripes, and proper protection in the form of ill fitting googles and a paper breathing mask.

  9. First of all I hope the person standing facing backwards gave permission to have this shared. It seems there is not enough room to be standing where they are standing, between the seat one row forward and the person in the seat in the same row they appear to be standing.
