New Apartment Collection by Hilton Brand Now Available to Book Reservations
This new lodging category within the growing collection of brands of Hilton in partnership with Placemakr — which is a leading apartment hospitality brand and operator — is designed to offer travelers unique spacious furnished apartments with the trusted hospitality and reliability for which Hilton is known in the heart of coveted destinations that currently include Atlanta and Salt Lake City.
A range of apartments — from studios to four-bedroom fully furnished apartments — are offered to provide the comforts of home for a variety of stay occasions that are designed to support the routines of travelers, which include family getaways and the reunions of friends to extended work trips. Each property features fill be connected to the local neighborhood from favorite spots to hidden gems.
The first Apartment Collection by Hilton properties at which to book reservations currently include:
- Scout Living PCM | Placemakr Atlanta, Apartments by Hilton in Atlanta in Georgia places guests inside Ponce City Market within the historic Old Fourth Ward, steps from James Beard–awarded chefs, local shops and cultural attractions. After exploring the best of the city, guests can relax at the heated rooftop swimming pool, catch up on work in one of the co-working spaces, or skip the reservations and enjoy a meal in the comfort of their apartment. Reservations are accepted for stays from Monday, June 15, 2026. Depending on the type of apartment and the time of year, base rates range from $127.00 per night to $680.00 per night. With all taxes included, the total cost ranges from $153.46 per night to $799.92. Expect to redeem from a minimum of 40,000 Hilton Honors points per night to as many as 213,000 points per night.
- Placemakr Salt Lake City Downtown, Apartments by Hilton in Salt Lake City in Utah offers a centrally located downtown home base surrounded by a walkable mix of dining options and green spaces with easy access to the Wasatch Mountains. The fitness center — which is open 24 hours per day, seven days per week — supports daily routines; while mixing business with leisure is easy to do in the on-site conference room. Reservations are accepted for stays from Saturday, August 15, 2026. Depending on the type of apartment and the time of year, base rates range from $164.00 per night to $410.00 per night. With all taxes included, the total cost ranges from $192.73 per night to $481.83. Expect to redeem from a minimum of 57,000 Hilton Honors points per night to as many as 129,000 points per night.
Questions Answered by Hilton
Apartment Collection by Hilton appears to be a promising concept that has the potential to be successful; but six questions remained unanswered at the time this article was written on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. I asked one of my contacts at Hilton; and here are the official responses to those questions.
- What amenities will the rates include? Guests will have access to a range of amenities including chef-ready kitchens, on-site laundry, fitness centers and spacious separate living spaces. Select properties may also feature rooftop pools and terraces, communal gathering and workspaces and on-site dining and retail. Each property will also have dedicated team members available on-site 24/7 to provide support.
- Will any mandatory fees be added to the room rate at some of the properties? Apartment Collection by Hilton properties do not have additional mandatory fees beyond the standard room rate and applicable taxes.
- How many points will members of the Hilton Honors membership program earn per dollar? Hilton Honors members will earn 5 Base Points per one U.S. Dollar on eligible folio charges when they stay at Apartment Collection by Hilton properties, consistent with Hilton’s brand earning structure. Elite members will receive their applicable tier Bonus Points on top of Base Points, allowing them to earn more throughout longer, flexible stays.
- What benefits will be offered to members of the Hilton Honors membership program who have earned elite status? Apartment Collection by Hilton guests will enjoy the benefits of Hilton Honors, the award-winning guest loyalty program for Hilton’s distinct portfolio of brands. Members who book directly with Hilton have access to instant benefits, including a flexible payment slider that allows members to choose nearly any combination of Points and money to book a stay, exclusive member discounts, free bottled water and Fifth Night Free on reward stays. Additionally, Hilton Honors Elite Members will enjoy space-available room upgrades, Milestone Bonuses, elite status gifting and more.
