A woman was walking ahead of me on the Historic Middle Covered Bridge — which crosses over the Ottauquechee River — in the rather quaint town of Woodstock in Vermont.

This was one of those photographs which I cannot decide if I favor the color version or the grayscale version. What do you think?

Trivia time: Using the term historic as part of the name of this bridge may be a misnomer, as this version of the crossing at this location of the Ottauquechee River was constructed in 1969.
