The earning structure below will determine the total number of IHG One Rewards points that are issued to the contract signatory based on minimum spend:

The Promotional Offer must be requested by the client at initial inquiry or presented directly by the awarding hotel. Availability of the Promotional Offer is at the discretion of the participating hotel and may be extended based on seasonality, function space availability, specific dates or days of the week, and/or other contractual requirements as determined by the hotel. The qualifying wedding and/or wedding related event spend (“Qualifying Spend”) is based on the food and beverage minimum, ceremony site fee, room rental fee, and/or additional eligible event charges as determined by the participating hotel. Qualifying Spend excludes tax, gratuities, service charges, guest room revenue, and third-party vendor charges.
The Promotional Offer, Qualifying Spend and full IHG One Rewards point allocation must be outlined in the hotel contract. IHG One Rewards points for the Promotional Offer will be issued solely to the contract signatory. The contract signatory must be an IHG One Rewards member at the time of contracting and include their IHG One Rewards account information in the executed agreement. An initial deposit is required with the executed agreement prior to securing this Promotional Offer. Please allow a minimum of six weeks from the date of the fully executed agreement and processing of the initial deposit for the points to be deposited into the contract signatory’s IHG One Rewards member account.
