The Best Flexible Rate is a variable, unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discounted rate. Discount may vary by hotel or resort property. Rates are per room, per night; and are subject to availability during the stay dates. Blackout dates — days when the offers are not available — may apply in some participating hotel and resort properties. The rate applies to room only. Certain room types may be excluded from the rate. Policies of participating hotel and resort properties may vary regarding the number of guests allowed per room.
Reservations must be booked four days in advance of your check-in date; and minimum length of stay may be required at select hotel and resort properties. No deposit is required for booking reservations.
You will be charged for the entire stay as a cancellation penalty if your reservation is cancelled within 14 days of your arrival. If you do not arrive at your hotel or resort property to check in on your arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund. For hotel and resort properties in the state of California only: Reservations may be cancelled within 24 hours after confirmation if the reservation was booked at least 72 hours prior to checking in to the hotel or resort property.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion materials, IHG Army Hotels and Iberostar Beachfront Resorts are excluded from this offer. The promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
Tax, service charge, credit card surcharges, resort fees, and amenity fees are not included.
