The sun was shining brightly on that hot day in February in Durban, which is a city on the coast of South Africa — and the shore was teeming with activity as hundreds of people turned out to enjoy that brilliantly beautiful day in so many ways…

…and one of those ways was to ride the waves in the Indian Ocean on surfboards. Surfin’ in Durban seemed so carefree that day — and many people were doing it off the coast of the third most populous city in South Africa with a population of almost 3.5 million people.

For those people who chose not to surf, they were doing plenty of other things to enjoy the day in Durban.
